This program initially appeared to work incorrectly for us (did not perform a "resize to size" function) although later we found that there is a workaround:

- After importing an image, select the image and click the button "restore default size" in the toolbar;
- After the size has been restored, use the resize function;
- The resulting image should be of a size as requested.
